Public Shareholder Portal, hereafter called the Service, aims to increase the availability of ownership information. The Service provides the public with access to the latest available shareholder register for Norwegian share and equity certificate issuers registered with Euronext Securities Oslo and listed on Euronext Oslo Børs marketplaces; including Euronext Oslo Børs main list, Euronext Growth Oslo, Euronext Expand Oslo, and Euronext N-OTC. Additionally, certain information related to the issuer is presented, some of which has been provided by cooperating partners.
Norwegian share and equity certificate issuers are not required to make their shareholder register available in the Service, and therefore there may be cases where ownership information is not available in the Service. The Service allows the user to select a company, then view and search the shareholder register of the selected company, as well as search the shareholder register in general. To use the service, the user must first authenticate with BankID, accept the terms of use, and create a user profile.
The service offered is provided by Verdipapirsentralen ASA ("Euronext Securities Oslo" / "ES-OSL"), org. No. 985 140 421.
ES-OSL updates the information made available in the Service on a daily basis.
ES-OSL is authorized as a central securities depository in accordance with the Central Securities Act.
By using the Service, the User accepts the terms of use related to the Service as set forth in this document and the ES-OSL privacy policy. "User" refers to the individual associated with the personal identification number linked to the user profile.
The User may only use the service for viewing and searching the latest available shareholder register for Norwegian share and equity certificate issuers covered by the Service.
The User is not entitled, without prior written consent from ES-OSL, to sell, license, lease, modify, print, copy, reproduce, download, transmit, distribute, disseminate, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works or analyses, and more, from the information provided by the Service. This includes, without limitation, the collection or systematic retrieval for creating collections, databases, or catalogs. It is also not permitted to otherwise transfer any of the content to a third party, including, without limitation, others within the User's own company or organization, without prior written consent from ES-OSL.
Apart from the use of commonly available browsers for viewing and searching the Service, it is not permitted to use other tools such as "engines", "software", "spiders", "robots", "avatars", "agents" or other devices or mechanisms to navigate, search, "scrape", download or reproduce information from the Service. Any mechanical connection to the Service requires a prior written agreement with ES-OSL.
Publication of information from the Service in the media, including but not limited to newspapers, TV, other media platforms, is accepted in individual news stories. In such cases, a source reference to the Service and ES-OSL must always be included. Fixed, recurring or periodic distributions of data and analyses based on the Service, carried out and published by media companies and others, are not to be considered as individual news stories regardless of the distribution method, and are not accepted without written permission from ES-OSL.
ES-OSL's trademark, company name, logo, etc., cannot be copied, altered, or otherwise used without prior written consent from ES-OSL
All rights to the Service, source code, and data belong to ES-OSL. The user acknowledges ES-OSL's copyright, trademark, domain, and data rights to the Service.

By using the Service, you as the User consent to the processing of personal data and confirm that the information you have provided to ES-OSL is accurate.
ES-OSL reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of these terms of use at any time. The User is responsible for ensuring they understand and accept the current terms of use at all times. The User's continued use of the Service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the changes to the terms of use.
To use the Service, the User must first create a user profile. Creating a user profile requires acceptance of the terms of use, and the User must register their name, mobile number, national identification number, email address, and an associated password. Upon initial login, the User must register with BankID. ES-OSL may require identity verification at intervals determined by ES-OSL. By creating a user profile, the User accepts that this personal information is stored on the Users profile page.
The User undertakes to keep their own password and personal information confidential. The User shall immediately notify ES-OSL if they become aware of unauthorized use of their user profile.
By using the service, the User accepts that user activity is logged and that the activity log may be used, among other things, to verify compliance with the terms of use.
By using the Service, the User agrees that information regarding searches on specific owners in a company may be disclosed to the respective shareholders upon request. This includes information about who (name and email address) has searched for ownership information.
By using the Service, the User agrees that all collected data from the User may be used to monitor compliance with the terms of use, as well as for the improvement and further development of the Service.
The User may delete their own user profile at any time in the 'User Profile' menu. The User agrees that information associated with the user profile, user data in security logs, and data on searches for individual owners that may be accessible to the person searched for, will be stored for the current month of deletion of the user profile, as well as the subsequent 11 month
ES-OSL reserves the right to suspend users from the Service for breaches of the terms of use. Such suspension does not entitle the user to notice or compensation.
In cases where there is suspicion of a breach of the terms, ES-OSL may temporarily suspend the User while investigations into the breach are conducted or introduce delays in response times to the Service without notifying the user.
In the event of a breach of the terms of use, ES-OSL may, at its discretion and without notice, delete the User's user profile. This means the User will not have access to the Service during a quarantine period.
Any use of the Service in violation of the terms of use may result in liability for any loss incurred as a result of the unauthorized use.
ES-OSL cannot be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by the User
The User accepts that the Service is offered as it appears at any given time
ES-OSL will under no circumstances be liable for any financial or other losses, damages, or negative reputation arising from the unavailability of the Service at any given time or period, or from inaccurate information within the Service.
ES-OSL reserves the right at any time, for any reason, to withdraw or modify functionalities offered in the Service without prior notice.

These terms of use are subject to Norwegian law. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes concerning the application, implementation, and interpretation of these terms shall be the Oslo District Court
